SECURITY SERVICES ASSISTANT

  • To provide security surveillance and crowd control services.
  • To provide fast, friendly and service of exceptional quality to customers of Panorama Langkawi Cable Car
  • To provide information on product available at Panorama Langkawi Cable Car
  • To provide general information about other tourism products and general information about Langkawi.
  • To assist and secure sales of all product at Panorama Langkawi Cable Car to walk-in customers/FIT.
  • To assist and provide assistance to handicap and the elderly.
  • To attends to customer’s complaints and collect feedback.
  • To provide basic 1st Aid assistance when required.
  • To provide other Customer and Security related services as required.

  • Candidate should possess at least SPM/STPM.
  • Applicant with tertiary qualification in Tourism and Hospitality may also apply.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and some computer knowledge (Excel, Word etc).
  • Good attitude and able to work as a team.
  • Ex-Serviceman/ex-Police or some experience as Security personnel is an added advantage.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE (SECURITY, SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT)

To lead security, safety, health and environment operation to support company’s core business activities through efficient, effective, optimum cost and professional manner at the highest department’s KPI to meet organization strategic objective.

  • Develop, coordinate and supervise the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive occupational safety and health program designed to prevent injury, occupational illness and damaged to property.
  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
  • Recommend safety and health directives and maintain safety related manual including preparation and distribution of appropriate updates.
  • Establish and implement safety training objectives. Conduct or provide for safety and health related training.
  • Conduct and supervise facility and site inspection, job hazards analyses and other evaluations to identify hazards and potential risks. Make recommendations to Head of Departments as required.
  • Conduct post-accident investigation. Develop and chair accident review committee. Make recommendations for changes in equipment and processes to correct unsafe conditions.
  • Assist with other risk management and environmental health issue.
  • Ensure that the access control, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response and risk management needs are properly addressed.
  • Maintains knowledge of current security issues and security technology and update management on risk and threat that could impact company business.

  • 5 years working experience in safety, health and environment.
  • Degree or Diploma or Certificate in any field with possess a Certificate of Safety and Health Officer from NIOSH and registered as a Certificate Safety Officer with DOSH 

  • Possess good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize workload, able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent needs and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Team player with good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong leadership skill
  • Possess excellent customer service skill

Knowledge and exposure to OSHMS ISO 45001

  • Memantau kecekapan pengurusan risiko rasuah, salahguna kuasa dan penyelewengan di organisasi.
  • Mengelakkan pencenggahan kepentingan (conflict of interest) dalam segala pelaksanaan tugas rasmi.

  • Merancang, melaksana dan menyelaras program pengukuhan integriti.
  • Menasihati Syarikat dalam perkara-perkara yang melibatkan isu integriti, rasuah dan salah guna kuasa.
  • Mewujudkan satu sistem aduan integriti yang sistematik bagi memastikan tindakan diambil ke atas setiap aduan mengenai salah laku jenayah, rasuah, salah guna kuasa dan penyelewangan serta pelanggaran tatakelakuan dan etika organisasi.
  • Menasihati Syarikat dalam hal melibatkan urusan undang-undang dan tindakan perundangan.

  • Terbuka kepada Lelaki dan Perempuan.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah/Diploma Undang-undang atau dalam bidang berkaitan.
  • Pengalaman bekerja tidak kurang lima (5) tahun.
  • Mempunyai prestasi perkhidmatan yang cemerlang dan bebas daripada rekod tatatertib.
  • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris dengan baik.
  • Boleh berkerjasama di dalam kumpulan dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik

  • Pengurusan penerimaan maklumat/aduan mengenai salah laku jenayah rasuah, salah guna kuasa, penyelewangan serta pelanggaran tatakelakuan dan etika syarikat yang sistematik bagi memastikan tindakan ke atas setiap maklumat/aduan.
  • Membuat pengesanan dan pengesahan terhadap aduan-aduan salah laku jenayah, pelanggaran tatakelakuan dan etika syarikat yang diterima dan seterusnya memastikan tindakan sustan yang sewajarnya diambil.
  • Memastikan pembudayaan, penginstitusian dan pelaksanaan integriti dalam syarikat tercapai.
  • Memastikan serta menangani isu-isu berkaitan integriti terutamanya perilaku rasuah, penyelewengan dan salah guna kuasa.

  • Terbuka kepada Lelaki dan Perempuan.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Sijil dalam bidang berkaitan.
  • Pengalaman bekerja tidak kurang dua (2) tahun.
  • Mempunyai prestasi perkhidmatan yang cemerlang dan bebas daripada rekod tatatertib
  • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris dengan baik.
  • Boleh berkerjasama di dalam kumpulan dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
