A Visit of His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah to Langkawi SkyCab and Oriental Village on October 26, 2014.

Unofficial visit by Chief Minister of Kedah, Dato Mukhriz bin Tun Dr. Mahathir. In the brief visit, our Chief Minister experience Skydome show and feel the excitement in Sky Adventure Park.

Orphans and Poor in Langkawi have received contribution from LADA and Panorama Langkawi as part of annual Ramadhan contributions to ease their burden and help them preparing for the coming Eid celebration. In the same event, Chief Executive Officer of Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) also handed over the cheque to Aman Palestin, to show solidarity

In conjunction with Ramadan, Outreach Programme was organized by Langkawi Development Authority in selected mosques around Langkawi. The programme aims to promote fraternity among Muslims. During this programme, alms were given to poor and needy. Iftar with villagers also held simultaneously. Panorama Langkawi Sdn Bhd also playing its role to contribute and making the programme

On 16 May 2014, Langkawi Student Excellence Award (A-KAWI) has been held. A total of 91 UPSR students, 42 PMR students, 9 SPM students and 36 STPM students were celebrated in this event. Gifts were also given by Panorama Langkawi Sdn.Bhd. as an appreciation for their achievement.

Former Malaysian Premier, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad made a visit to Langkawi SkyCab. He was  accompanied by Tan Sri Khalid bin Ramli, CEO of Langkawi Development Authority. During the visit, Tun Mahathir was briefed regarding latest updates on several ongoing projects.
