CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assisting provide customer service to the customer of Langkawi Cable Car inclusive providing information.
  • To guide and assist customer by providing sufficient and exact information.
  • To sell tickets by ensuring cash collection is tally with tickets sold.
  • To collect valid voucher from appointed agents.
  • To attends for customer’s feedback and to forward message to his / her immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, reliable and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and computer literate.

TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities :

  • To comply to instruction from superior of Operation & Maintenance Department for efficient and cost effective jobs execution and implementation and to comply with company's instruction with regards to working attitude, discipline, safety and health of the employee.
  • To perform checking, repairing, maintaining and servicing on cable car system, utilities and facilities activities for safe, effective and efficient cable car system operation.
  • To run, observed and monitor cable car system, utilities and facilities, machineries and equipments for operation and to comply with company’s operation rule and safety standard.
  • To perform activities as per Preventive Maintenance Documentation (Checklists, Logbooks, Maintenance Records, etc) for cable car system, utilities and facilities machineries and equipments.
  • To performed checking, repairing, maintaining and servicing on all engineering issues of cable car systems, utilities and facilities machineries and equipments accordingly to the Manufacturer Operation Manual.
  • To perform trouble shooting and repairing to cable car system, utilities and facilities machineries and equipments for all breakdown and to report to Engineers.
  • To proposed and justify the list of materials, tools, services and spare parts requirement within scope of work to the Engineer for preparation of financial budget for Operation & Maintenance Department.
  • To performed and maintain the system improvement of cable car system, utilities and facilities machineries and equipments for safe and reliable of cable car system

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from recognizes university or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in cable car and heavy machine industry.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and computer literate.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills and able to work with initiative and under minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mature with pleasant personality, self motivated, multitasking and able to work independently under challenging environment.

ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities :

  • To schedule manpower and resources of Operation & Maintenance Department for efficient and cost effective jobs execution and implementation.
  • To execute and implement the Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programme and activities for safe, effective and efficient cable car system operation with regards to mechanical systems.
  • To perform and organize overall operation, maintenance and engineering for compliance of company’s operation rule and safety standard in conjunction with relevant authority requirement.
  • To prepare the Preventive Maintenance Documentation (Checklists, Logbooks, Maintenance Records, etc) with regards to mechanical systems and submitted to the Operation Manager.
  • To attend and performed all engineering issue, inspection, operations, servicing and maintenances of cable car system accordingly to the Cable Car Manufacturer Operation Manual with regards to mechanical systems.
  • To performed trouble shooting with regards to Mechanical System for major breakdown and to submit System Failure Report to Operation Manager.
  • To propose the list of materials, tools, services and spare parts requirement with regards to mechanical systems to the Operation Manager for preparation of financial budget for Operation & Maintenance Department.
  • To execute and performed the system improvement with regards to mechanical system engineering controls for safe and reliable cable car system.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical (Power) Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field and heavy machine industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and computer literate.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills and able to work with initiative and under minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

EXECUTIVE, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION

Job Responsibilities :

  • Understand the business operations and the industry nature of the clients.
  • Promote the company's brand name and to expand the market share in order to widen business opportunity from small to big corporate clients.
  • Perform sales presentation to clients related to the company products and services.
  • Attend to client’s enquiries as well as to manage and resolve issues & complaints.
  • Build positive working relationship with all Medias and corporate clients’ point of contact.
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events to maximize brand awareness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies in line with business activities.
  • Ensure that the web pages / face book of the venues and media materials display the current actual information and promotions
  • Cooperate with design department to ensure in smooth running in the production of all collaterals, backdrops, photography, banners and other marketing tools.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by management

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Good in English communication (written & spoken), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and organized skills, coupled with the passion to take on challenging and concurrent task.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and team player who is able to work independently.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
