  1. Q: Is there any special rate for senior citizen?
    A: No special rate for senior citizen but if you are Malaysian, you’ll be eligible for a discounted price during our “Happy Hours” period.
  2. Q: Can you tell me more about this “Happy Hours”?
    A: Happy Hours is a special period whereby Malaysian citizen can purchase the SkyCab ticket at a discounted price. The Happy Hours start from 5PM – 7PM daily. Happy Hours is eligible to Malaysian with MyKad only. (Terms & Condition apply)
  3. Q: We are from school/government agency or public sector company and we would like to arrange for a visit to your place. Can we get a discount for the ticket?
    A: Please forward your official application details either through fax or email. All application must reach us no later than 10 working days prior to the date of visit. Please include details such as date and time of visit and number of guest for the visit (adult and child). Successful application will be notified in writing.
  4. Q: Do you have a theme park just like Genting Highland up there on the mountain?
    A: No, ours are more towards environmental and nature. We offers our guests with spectacular views of the sea, the flora and fauna on the mountain and the picturesque view of the surrounding area. We want our guest to enjoy the cool breeze and the fresh air of the mountain as well.
  5. Q: Is it true that the SkyCab operation will be temporary stop when it rains heavily?
    A: Our SkyCab system is actually weather dependant. We won’t operate if it rains heavily, the wind is strong or if there is lightning. We have zero tolerance when it comes to the safety of the system and safety of our guests.
  6. Q: Can I pre-book the Panorama Langkawi SkyCab ticket or can we purchase the ticket online?
    A: No pre-booking or online purchase at this moment.
  7. Q: Can I visit the suspension bridge without taking the SkyCab or when the SkyCab operation is closed?
    A: No you can’t as you need to take the SkyCab ride in order to reach the suspension bridge at the top of the mountain.
  8. Q: How far is your place from the airport or from any other major places is Langkawi island.
    A: We are about 12km away from the airport (approximately 17 minutes if travel by car). From Kuah town it would be about 29km (approximately 34 minutes if travel by car) and from Cenang beach it would be about 18km (approximately 24 minutes if travel by car).
  9. Q: Is there any public transport service that I can take to go to your place?
    A: You can take a taxi to come to our place as there is no bus service here in Langkawi Island. You might as well rent a car or a motorbike if you are in Langkawi Island as it would be easier for you to explore the island at your own convenience.
  10. Q: My wife is 7 months pregnant. Is it safe for her to take the SkyCab?
    A: We do not encourage expected mothers with late pregnancy to take the ride. Our facilities has many steps that guest need to navigate when walking around especially at middle and top station and walking trails towards the suspension bridge.
